    Step 1: Get advanced troubleshooting in this recovery environment

    Most ways to get into safe mode for the whole family is to first enter the Windows Recovery Environment. The recovery environment comes with a lot of fixes and options, safe mode is definitely one of them. How to get there depends on your PC, if Windows starts normally it probably won’t.

    If Your Computer Can Start Windows Normally

    How do I get out of Safe Boot?

    The easiest way to enter Safe Mode anywhere is to simply modify your device. You can keep your device under control in safe mode just like in normal mode – just hold down the power button until the power icon appears on the screen and click it. When it spins again, it should return to its normal setting.

    If your computer manages to time out the Windows login screen when clients launch it (or if you are likely to log into Windows), the easiest way to enter the processing environment is to hold down any Shift key while you click Restart (either directly at login or from the start menu).

    In the left pane, go to each of the recovery tabs. In the right pane, scroll down a bit and click on the “Restart now here” button under the “Advanced startup” section.

    If Your Computer Cannot Start Windows Normally

    If your personal PC does not start Windows normally one by one, it should give you a “Recovery” response, which will provide you with advanced maintenance options.

    Note. We’re specifically talking about whether your computer can immediately turn on and run successfully after a hardware initialization, but then fail to successfully boot into Windows.     CONNECT: Create an optional Recovery Drive or System Repair Drive in Windows 8 or10

    If your computer does not have this screen, try booting your computer from an actual recovery USB drive. So it’s best if you’ve already created it beforehand, but if you’re in a hurry, be sure to create it on another PC with the same version of Windows.

  • On the Advanced Options page, select the Launch Options option. In version 8, the Windows setting is instead called Windows Startup Options.

    Finally, now that you understand what we mean by “hidden”, let’s move on to the “reload” button.

    You will see a familiar app with a menu of advanced boot options. Safely press the number corresponding to the boot option you want to allow (for example, press 4, a requirement for normal mode).
