Get PC error-free in minutes
In this article, we will identify some of the possible reasons that might cause low virtual memory and then I will give some possible fixes that you can try to solve this problem. Low virtual security means not only that the available memory on your system is limited, but also that the reserved disk space used to free memory has been exhausted. This should happen while multitasking (running multiple TV programs at the same time) or when one program or command is using a large amount of RAM.
When you normally run any of the Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, or 2004 programs, you may get a fantastic error message similar to the main error message below:
Your system will be reduced to virtual memory. To make sure many windows work properly, increase your virtual memory sharing. See Help for more information.
If you select OK, you may receive the following error message:
Your system is low on virtual memory. Windows, as you can see, increases the size of your virtual memory swap file. During this retention period, requests from certain applications couldut be rejected. See Help for more information.
This issue can occur when you try to run one of the programs included with Office on a PC that has a page file locale set too low.
To solve the problem, this will increase the size of most of the swap file. To do this, follow several of the following steps, depending on your operating system.
Note: Microsoft Office 2010 and Office 2007 require Windows XP or higher.
Right-click My Computer and select Properties.
In the System Properties dialog box, just check the “Advanced” box
Click Performance Options.
In the Virtual Memory section, click Change File Pagination.
Windows 2000 requires a fantastic initial value of 126 MB for debugging purposes.
After changing the setting, look at “Install” and click “OK”.
Click OK on the appropriate Control Panel applet dialog box to get the following message:
Changes you make may require you to restart your computer for these types of products to take effect.
Click OK to close the Performance Options dialog, then also click OK to close the System Properties dialog.
How do I increase virtual memory?
Go to Control Panel > System and Security > System.Select “Advanced system settings” to open your system properties. Now open a new “Advanced” tab.Under Performance, select Settings. Open the “Advanced” tab. In the Virtual Callback section, select Edit. Here are your virtual storage options.
If you are usually prompted to restart your computer, just click Yes.
- Click Start, right-click My Computer and select Properties.
- In the System Properties dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
- In the Performance section, click Settings.
- On the performance dialog options panel, simply select the “Advanced” tab.
- In the Confidential Storage area, click Edit.
- Change the initial value and maximum size market value to a higher value, click Set, then click OK.
- Click OK to successfully close the Performance Options dialog, then click OK to proceed to the next dialog To the Properties window.
How do I clear my virtual memory?
Open Run and check regedit.Find HKey_Local_Machine/System/Current Control Set/Control/Session Manager/Memory Management.Right click on ClearPageFile at shutdown and set the value to “1”.This should clean up your virtual memory every time you turn off your computer.
Virtual memory allows the computer to work with disk space that is randomly dumped into random access memory (RAM). The computer uses critical memory to increase the normal memory installed in the netbook. If you reduce the page file size, Office Lessons may not start correctly or not start at all. This behavioral shaping can occur when even a PC workstation has a lot of RAM. For more information, see Tips to free up space on your computer.

Virtual memory storage, also known as swap, uses a portion of your hard drive to efficiently expand storage space. This allows you to run more programs than you might otherwise. But since a regular disk is much slower than regular RAM, this can be very damaging. (I’ll talk about solid state drives below.)
Some of your basics. A PC has memory (hard drive or solid state drive) and storage in the form of RAM chips. There is more RAM than memory, and you have less of it. It’s also mutable in a different way: turn off the device and everything in RAM is gone. You will definitely think of RAM as your nearest workstation, and storage as your work closet. When using memory, copy it from RAM to memory.
If there is no room in RAM for the program or document you want to load, virtual memory is added. Part of the code with data in RAM goes into its swap file, leaving room for something else.
If Windows proshould tell the client that your virtual memory is too low, you can either buy it or expand the swap folder. One will cost you money and the other will slow down your new computer.
